		<description>Wow this agenda sounds very ambitious on the surface! When you look closer  at the agenda for Duncan and the Obama administration you&#039;ll find more spin than fact and that the current agenda is less ambitious. For example, the Obama administration and Duncan have both mentioned in speeches about America leading the world in having the highest proportion of college graduates. Fact of matter is the US is already #2 in this respect for ages 25-64, trailing only Norway by 1 percentage point. Wow! Reach for the stars! The title of &quot;We are going to the Moon&quot; is very misleading when you look at the facts. I would call the current agenda of the current administration as more a trip to Wal-Mart rather than a trip to the moon!
